Are you a skilled machinist ready to take your expertise to the next level?

Our client is seeking a highly skilled professional to join their team, where you will leverage your advanced technical knowledge and precision machining expertise to make a significant impact. You will independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC equipment to produce precision tooling components.

  • Program, set up, and operate CNC machines based on detailed instructions and specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, schematics, and GD&T specifications to ensure accurate part production.
  • Inspect parts using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to maintain quality standards.
  • Diagnose machining issues and make real‑time adjustments to maintain efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure part accuracy and quality.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support plant operations.
Working Conditions
  • Work directly with manufacturing machinery and equipment in a safety-sensitive environment.
  • Exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures typical of manufacturing operations.
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in production areas as per safety policies.
  • Physically capable of bending, stooping, crawling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexible in schedule and hours to meet organizational needs.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED, with a machining apprenticeship, technical certificate, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive CNC machining experience in milling and/or turning.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting complex blueprints and GD&T specifications.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and solve problems effectively.
