Overview
Food Talent Solutions is partnering with repeat client in the dairy sector seeking a Maintenance & Engineering Manager to support a current facility and help lead the build-out of a new production site in Ohio. This is an opportunity to join a company investing in facility growth and modernization while playing a key leadership role in building out a new production operation.
ResponsibilitiesThis role will oversee maintenance operations, equipment reliability, and capital projects while building and developing the maintenance team. The position will play a key role in facility expansion, equipment installation, and long-term plant engineering strategy.
Location & FacilityLocation: Northwest, Ohio. ~50 miles SW of Toledo, OH.
Facility: Current site ~15,000 sq feet, 30 ee's; new facility ~40,000 sq feet.
Target candidate: Prior dairy manufacturing engineering/maintenance experience.
