A recent expansion into the European and Southeast Asia markets has ensured their place at the top of their market and continued growth for the foreseeable future.

To continue their current trajectory, they are looking to hire a Production Supervisor.

• Leading production efforts to meet production and quality standards
• Optimize the utilization of all machinery and equipment involved in production activities
• Training and providing leadership for up to 25 production team members
• Leading all process improvement efforts, including continuous improvement and Lean initiatives

• Previous experience leading production efforts in a high-speed, fast-paced manufacturing setting. Plastic processing experience preferred
• Experience leading continuous improvement efforts, Lean initiatives, and process improvements
• The ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
