Toledo Tool & Die is adding Press Operators to support continued growth. This full‑time position is located in Toledo, Ohio, with 2nd shift hours Monday‑Friday, 2:00 pm‑10:00 pm.

- Start machines, monitor operation, record operational data and track material usage.
- Operate or tend machines to saw, cut, shear, slit, punch, crimp, notch, bend, or straighten metal material.
- Load work pieces into machines.
- Examine and inspect completed work pieces for defects and sort defective pieces according to flaw types.
- Read production schedules to determine specifications, ensuring compliance with customer dimensions and tolerances.
- Verify and document dimensions of finished parts for conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as calipers, gauge blocks, micrometers, and dial indicators.
- Assist in completing simple to intermediate tasks associated with coil and die changes.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Stop production when unsafe parts or conditions appear.
- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate Supervisor or Manager.
- At least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Successfully complete pre‑employment screening (background check and drug screen).
- Available to work overtime (daily, weekends, and holidays).
- Preferred experience operating large industrial equipment.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Report to work on time to support production startup.
- Good physical stamina and coordination; capable of standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or climbing for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds.
- Team‑oriented with good communication skills, basic math skills, and physical dexterity.
