Industrial Maintenance Technician

ITS has a client in the Toledo, OH area seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their manufacturing team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering full benefits.

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of all manufacturing equipment and facility systems, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Perform daily electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair duties for manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Maintain spare parts inventory for all facility equipment.
• Complete in-house projects and maintain logs documenting project timelines.
• Perform facility repairs and address safety concerns proactively.
• Attend pre-shift and post-shift team meetings to communicate updates and issues.
• Maintain and enhance 5S standards throughout the facility.
• Complete required documentation, including shift notes, preventive maintenance logs, and work orders, as directed by Team Leader/Manager.

• Minimum 3 years of electrical/mechanical maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with industrial electrical maintenance.
• Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) experience preferred.
