We are seeking a Maintenance Electrician for a 1st shift role offering a pay rate of $41.44 per hour.

Candidates should possess a robust understanding of industrial automation, motor controls, electrical systems, and the ability to troubleshoot PLCs. Experience utilizing CMMS platforms for tracking maintenance tasks and record-keeping is required.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing both corrective and preventative repairs, analyzing technical blueprints, resolving operational malfunctions, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining precise maintenance logs.

Core Responsibilities
  • Execute routine and emergency electrical maintenance on production lines, motors, conveyors, and control systems to ensure optimal uptime.
  • Identify and resolve electrical faults within automated machinery, specifically focusing on VFDs, motor control circuits, and PLCs.
  • Set up and service conduit, wiring, transformers, and breakers while ensuring all work meets NEC and OSHA safety regulations.
  • Support the facility by maintaining accurate documentation to help streamline future maintenance workflows.
  • Contribute to a safer workplace by consistently upholding rigorous electrical safety standards during all repairs.
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in an industrial electrical setting.
  • A consistent employment background with the flexibility to support weekend or overtime shifts as operational needs arise.
  • Demonstrated expertise in PLC troubleshooting to minimize production downtime.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex industrial equipment issues.
  • Strong background in electrical troubleshooting and system repair.
  • Proficiency in maintaining and repairing diverse electrical and electronic systems.
  • Solid foundation in industrial electrical systems and maintenance practices.
  • Advanced skills in equipment diagnostics to improve overall machine reliability.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of equipment repair and maintenance procedures.
  • Experience in performing high‑quality electrical repairs within a manufacturing environment.
