• Hands on Training

• Assist with various tasks related to production, manufacturing, or construction as needed.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and organization.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Follow directions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts.
• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience in general labor or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures.
