Position Summary
The Plant Manager is the senior operating leader responsible for the overall performance, stabilization, and operational excellence of the TASKI Toledo manufacturing site. This leader owns safety, quality, labor productivity, delivery performance, inventory execution, and financial performance while driving operational rigor across a complex discrete manufacturing and assembly operation.
This role requires a highly hands-on leader with deep expertise in discrete manufacturing systems, labor efficiency, assembly operations, production flow, material management, and daily management disciplines. The successful candidate must be capable of stabilizing and scaling a growing operation that currently faces multiple operational constraints including supply chain variability, SAP/MRP process gaps, procurement challenges, component shortages, backorders, labor volatility, and evolving production ramp requirements.
This is not a passive maintenance role. This leader must thrive in fast-paced operational environments requiring structure creation, problem-solving, accountability systems, and operational turnaround capability.
