Responsible for overall product assembly, quality, performance and productivity within the department as well as troubleshooting production problems, performing machine set-up and working to close tolerances, in addition to normal operator duties.
Minimum Requirements- Extensive job knowledge of the area assigned.
- Ability to communicate effectively with fellow employees and management.
- Ability to handle standard physical requirements (lifting 55 LBS objects, standing for long periods of time, ETC.)
- Safety / OSHA Requirements:
Must adhere to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements. - Experience with SAP/ERP programs
- Operating a forklift
- 1+ year of experience in Assembly/Material Handling.
- High School Diploma
- Monday to Friday (7:30am to 4pm)
- Overtime (weekday and weekends)
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
The expected compensation range for this position is between $40,390.00 and $59,235.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
