World Bridge Partners is seeking a Senior Plant Manager for a manufacturing facility in Toledo, Ohio. This role entails full responsibility for plant performance across production, maintenance, and quality, partnering directly with the COO to lead a 100+ employee operation.
The ideal candidate should have more than 15 years of operations leadership experience, especially in environments with 70+ employees, and must possess P&L ownership experience. Injection Molding and Lean Manufacturing knowledge are highly preferred.
