Shift: 1st and 2nd shift available

Pay: $20/hour - Weekly Pay!

We are seeking experienced MIG Welders to join our manufacturing team. This hands‑on position is responsible for welding production parts while maintaining quality and production standards in a fast‑paced environment. Candidates with experience as a MIG Welder, Production Welder, Fabricator, Welder/Fitter, Structural Welder, or Manufacturing Welder are encouraged to apply.

• Perform MIG welding on production parts using fixtures and work instructions
• Load and position components into weld fixtures
• Inspect finished welds using gauges and measuring tools to ensure quality standards
• Perform visual inspections and identify weld defects
• Meet daily production and quality goals
• Follow Kanban and material flow procedures
• Package and label finished products
• Complete production documentation accurately
• Report equipment or quality issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Previous MIG welding experience or welding certification required
• Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and use measuring tools
• Experience using gauges, calipers, and inspection equipment
• Basic math and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Dependable attendance and reliable work history
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
