The Plant Manager has full responsibility for plant performance across production, maintenance, warehousing, tooling, safety, facilities, and quality, including site-level strategy and execution in partnership with the COO.
This role leads a 100+ employee operation with full P&L ownership. This is a broad, high-accountability leadership position requiring long-term capacity planning
