Location: Toledo, OH
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
  • Previous machine operator experience preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Job Duties
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment.
  • Perform daily startup inspections on machinery and equipment.
  • Load raw materials and components into production cells.
  • Complete assembly and fabrication tasks using hand and power tools.
  • Inspect products for defects and verify proper quantities and specifications.
  • Follow quality standards and documentation procedures for traceability.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S practices.
  • Work as part of a team to meet production goals and cycle times.
  • Complete other duties assigned by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
  • Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, and continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Production Operator.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do

As a Production Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The Production Operator plays an important role in manufacturing by operating equipment that supports efficient production and consistent product quality. This position requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to monitor equipment throughout the production process.
