Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
- Previous machine operator experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment.
- Perform daily startup inspections on machinery and equipment.
- Load raw materials and components into production cells.
- Complete assembly and fabrication tasks using hand and power tools.
- Inspect products for defects and verify proper quantities and specifications.
- Follow quality standards and documentation procedures for traceability.
- Perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S practices.
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals and cycle times.
- Complete other duties assigned by supervisors.
- Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
- Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Production Operator.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
