This position works closely with the Executive Director of University Marketing and Communications and the Academic Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategic enrollment marketing aimed at generating a pipeline of prospective undergraduates to support recruitment, enrollment, and retention at the university. The role serves as the University’s central marketing liaison, working with enrollment management staff and other key stakeholders to build brand recognition, communicate value, and build the reputation of the University among prospective students and key influencers to support enrollment growth across all campuses.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field (business, marketing, administration, communications, higher education, or related) required.
• Minimum of three years of demonstrated experience in developing marketing communication strategies in academic or professional enrollment.
• Project management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to keep organized and accurate records.
