Are you ready to drive cross-functional execution and shape creative workflows for a Fortune 500 manufacturing leader? This strategic opportunity empowers a detail-driven professional to serve as a consultative partner, orchestrating end-to-end creative operations across high-impact omnichannel initiatives. You will bridge the gap between marketing stakeholders and creative execution, elevating business impact in a dynamic, high-visibility environment.

Must be onsite in Toledo, OH 4x a week.  Responsibilities:
Orchestrate end-to-end creative project workflows-from intake through final delivery-to ensure on-time execution of high-impact marketing assets.

Partner consultatively with marketing stakeholders to define campaign scope, align resource allocations, and optimize cross-functional approval timelines.

Facilitate multi-disciplinary project reviews and status alignments to resolve operational bottlenecks and drive cross-functional synergies.

Maintain real-time operational visibility and reporting across project management systems to uphold brand standards and production quality control.

Qualifications:

3+ years of project management or creative operations experience within an agency or corporate environment.

Proven expertise utilizing project management platforms (e.g., Workfront) and Microsoft Office suite.

Demonstrated track record of coordinating complex print, digital, and collateral production workflows simultaneously.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience) with exceptional cross-functional communication skills.
