Summary
Provides oversight of grant‑funded Suicide Programs to ensure the program is in line with best‑practices and meets funder requirements, stated goals and program objectives. This includes training and supervision of program staff, data collection, generating funder program and funder reports, and working to generate program referrals.
Location:
St. Vincent Medical Center
- Responsible for the day‑to‑day implementation of the grant‑funded program, including direct supervision, training and evaluation of program staff, recruitment of program participants to meet capacity goals, and collaboration with the Program Supervisor and Grant Support Coordinator on budget planning and implementation.
- Collect and analyze program data to ensure the program aligns with best‑practices and funder requirements and meets stated goals and objectives.
- Generate program and funder reports in accordance with stated deadlines.
- Represent the program at assigned community collaborative partnerships and outreach events.
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services or related field.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of programming.
- Experience working with children and families and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid Ohio Driver's License.
- Experience with grants, data collection, and report writing; ability to network and collaborate with community partners; experience with collaborations.
