Mercy Health Toledo invites a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Midwife to join our collaborative team at Mercy Health Spring Valley Obstetrics and Gynecology. Position Highlights

• Practice full scope midwifery including annual visits, gynecologic care, prenatal and postpartum care, and labor and delivery.
• Blend of outpatient clinic and inpatient responsibilities with dedicated time in each setting.
• Collaborative care model with experienced midwives and supportive physician partners who value midwifery care.
• Shared call with a typical rotation and approximately five call shifts per month.
• Structured onboarding and a thoughtful ramp up period designed to support your success.

Strong clinical and administrative support allows you to focus on what matters most, caring for patients and building meaningful relationships. What You Will Do

• Provide comprehensive womens health care across the lifespan.
• Support patients through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with continuity and compassion.
• Manage gynecologic concerns and preventive care visits.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote excellent outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional growth and quality improvement.
