Starting pay is $28/hr depending on experience and is determined by the hiring manager during an interview. Weekend Warrior shifts receive an additional shift premium of $4.00/hr.

• Implementing a resident plan of care.
• Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations.
• Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Delegating suitable components of the care plan to the nursing assistants, provides guidance and supervision when necessary.
• Consulting with and validating data.
• Recording pertinent information in the patient record.
• Identifying and evaluating the resident's response to health problems and treatments.
• Communicating residents care needs to others involved in the care.
• Assuming responsibility for professional growth and development.
