** is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate  
** Advanced Practice Provider (APP)**  - either a  
** Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)**  - to join our  
** Wound Care
** team in Toledo, OH.

+ Monday - Friday day shift schedule

+ No weekends, holidays, or call obligations

+ Provide treatment in both inpatient and ambulatory settings

+ Team of 11 APP's with a very structured onboarding and training

In this role, you will provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up across Wound Care services. Working independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.

** Requirements:*
* + Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) degree for Nurse Practitioner applicants.

+ Master's degree for Physician Assistant applicants.

+ Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.

+ Certificate of Authority to practice.

+ Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS,

+ etc.).

+ Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.
