Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is the core of Pro Medica’s world‑class patient care team. By providing patient‑centered care through sensitivity and respect for the diversity of human experience, Pro Medica nurses are dedicated to improving health outcomes for our patients and for the communities we serve. As the coordinator of a patient’s plan of care, you will interact with the patient, families, and the health care team through open communication, mutual respect, and shared decision‑making.

The RN will assess and formulate a nursing diagnosis, and plan, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the care plan. In this position, you will work collaboratively with fellow nurses and support staff as you strive to achieve patient care goals and improve patient care, work environment, and staff satisfaction.

• Associate degree in Nursing
• 2 years of critical care experience (ICU/ED)
• Current CPR, BLS, ALS, PALS, NIHSS certifications
• RN in Ohio must complete twenty‑four contact hours of continuing education during the licensure period
• At least one contact hour must be related to Chapter 4723 of the Ohio nurse practice code and rules

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• 3–5 years of critical care experience (ICU/ED)
• TNCC certification
