We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. The ADON will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care and patient satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement policies, procedures, and practices that align with facility goals and objectives
• Provide administrative support to the nursing department, including scheduling, staffing, and budget management
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care and efficient use of resources
• Develop, implement, and evaluate education programs for nursing staff, including orientation, in-service training, and continuing education
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient care outcomes analysis
• Foster effective communication and teamwork among nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Manage and resolve conflicts and concerns in a fair and timely manner

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role
• Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
