Licensed Practical Nurse
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will care for patients under the leadership of Registered Nurses, Physicians or Advanced Practice Nurses. In this role, you will contribute to the patient care plan and its implementation and evaluation with the health care team. You will have opportunities for professional development and team involvement through staff meetings, committee and performance improvement activities that will enhance patient care.
Requirements:
- Education:
Graduation from a Licensed Practical Nurse educational program - License:
Current, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure from state of employment. - Certification:
Current AHA BLS certification and evidence of education, training, and demonstrated competency in IV therapy through either a state-approved IV therapy certification program or an accredited practical nursing curriculum that includes IV therapy instruction and clinical practice.
