The Registered Nurse (RN) is the core of Pro Medica's world‑class patient care team. By providing patient‑centered care through sensitivity and respect for the diversity of human experience, Pro Medica nurses are dedicated to improving health outcomes for our patients and for the communities we serve. As the coordinator of a patient’s plan of care, the RN will interact with patients, families, and the health care team through open communication, mutual respect, and shared decision‑making.

The RN will assess and formulate a nursing diagnosis, and plan, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the care plan.

Work collaboratively with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals, improve patient care, and enhance work environment and satisfaction for patients and staff.

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse
• Current CPR training
• Specialty certifications as required by individual nursing units
• In Ohio, complete 24 contact hours of continuing education during the licensure period
• At least 1 hour of contact hours must be related to Chapter 4723 of the Ohio nurse practice code and rules

• Bachelor’s in Nursing
