Pro Medica is seeking a Registered Nurse First Assistant to join the Surgical team in Toledo, OH. The RNFA acts as the primary clinician with the surgical/medical plan, initiating and evaluating a nursing care plan while monitoring patient status during procedures.
Ideal candidates hold an OH RN license with CNOR, BLS, and RNFA training; at least two years of intraoperative experience is required. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and EMR competency is expected to support efficient patient care.
