Gilder Search Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Toledo and Paulding, OH area. It is a full-time, in-person position with a Monday–Friday 9 to 5 schedule, no nights or weekends, and no on-call. You will serve as the primary care and rounding provider across two facilities.
The ideal candidate holds an Ohio NP license (FNP or AGNP) in good standing, with geriatric or long-term care experience, strong EMR skills, and the ability to work independently.
