Expanding practice seeks a Rheumatology Nurse Practitioner to work in Findlay, Ohio!

Join an outpatient-only Rheumatology practice with a collaborative care model, manageable patient volume, and no inpatient responsibilities.

• Nonprofit, integrated regional health system serving an eight-county region in Northwest Ohio
• Over 4,000 patients served daily
• One of only 45 members of the Mayo Clinic Care Network, giving physicians access to Mayo Clinic specialist consults at no cost to patients
• Outpatient specialty team based at a dedicated wellness/specialty center
• Cerner EMR with AI-assisted charting

• Base salary: $120,000–$130,000, based on experience (includes 200 hours vacation/CME)
• wRVU productivity bonus (no cap): estimated $10,000–$20,000+ annually
• CME/board certification allowance: $3,500 per year
• Medical, dental, vision, life, and malpractice insurance
• 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match starting year 2
• Sick time accrual up to 600 hours

• Outpatient-only Rheumatology practice
• Collaborative care model working closely with rheumatology physicians
• Average volume: 12–15 patients/day
• Shared office phone call: 1:3 rotation
• Hospitalist group manages all inpatient admissions
• 40 hours/week

• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient clinic experience as a nurse practitioner in Rheumatology (preferred) or a related specialty (Allergy/Immunology, Dermatology, Nephrology, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, or Pain Management)
• New graduates with strong interest in Rheumatology also considered
