Otterbein Senior Life in Ohio is seeking a Hospice RN Case Manager to join our mission-focused ministry. This full-time role provides compassionate nursing care to patients and families within hospice services, with on-call rotation as scheduled.
Shift: 8a-5p, Monday–Friday, plus on-call rotation. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, a valid Ohio RN license, and 2–4 years’ hospice and case management experience; end-of-life care experience is preferred.
