What you'll do at DBH:
Northwest Ohio Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team. This role provides leadership and oversight to nursing staff while ensuring high-quality patient care in a behavioral health hospital setting. Key Responsibilities Provide general and direct supervision of nursing staff, ensuring consistent adherence to standards of care. Conduct regular rounds in residential units and review nursing care plan documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Review & follow up on Incident Reports, Codes, Medication Error Reports, Falls, and reports related to Mechanical Support Devices or Seclusion/Restraint. Prepare and deliver clear written & verbal reports to Nurse Executives regarding clinical operations, staffing, and patient care issues. Serve as Administrator on Duty (AOD) for entire facility during after-hours shifts as needed, providing leadership and operational support. This is an hourly position and is exempt from the bargaining units, with a pay range of 15 on the E1 Exempt Pay Range Schedule.
