Elara Caring is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our home health team in the Toledo area. Schedule includes 4 ten-hour shifts with every third weekend, providing care in patients’ homes.
The role focuses on delivering high-quality in-home nursing care under RN delegation. Candidates should have an accredited nursing credential, active LVN license, at least 1 year of clinical experience (hospice preferred), and be able to travel up to 50% to patient locations.
