Hospice of Northwest Ohio is seeking a contingent RN to join our team for an average of 16 hours per week. Shifts run 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. or 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
You will respond to patient needs, coordinate with the primary RN, assist with home visits, and manage orders and lab work, while upholding hospice care principles. Requirements include an Ohio RN license, BSN preferred, 2 years acute/ hospice experience, and Netsmart EMR experience.
