Expanding practice seeks a Certified Nurse Midwife to work in Findlay, Ohio! Join a nonprofit health system's established, high-volume Women's Health program, with 24/7 in-house OB hospitalist support and a supportive, flexible practice environment.

• Established, high-volume OB practice with experienced providers across two clinic locations
• 24/7 in-house OB hospitalist and pediatric hospitalist services
• Level II Special Care Nursery (32+ weeks)
• Strong administrative and operational support

• Base salary: $140,000–$145,000 (includes 200 hours vacation/CME)
• wRVU productivity bonus: $26.00 per wRVU, no cap
• Signing bonus: $5,000
• CME/board certification allowance: $3,500

• Practice across two clinic locations in Findlay and Bluffton
• Weekday schedule: two 8-hour clinic days plus one 24-hour call day, with OB hospitalist support
• Weekend call: 1:4 rotation (Friday/Saturday)
• Deliveries take place at a hospital located off I-75, about 45 minutes south of Toledo
• Experience with perinatal education, diabetes management, and substance use considerations valued
• Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative, team-based model
• Flexible scheduling and supportive practice environment

• Current certification through the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB)
• Minimum of 2 years of CNM experience preferred
