We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center  a Registered Nurse at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the rehabilitation journey of our patients. Our center is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Provide patient-centered care: As a Registered Nurse, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team: You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address our patients  physical, emotional, and psychological needs.

• Monitor and document patient progress: You will monitor patient outcomes and document progress, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care and treatment options.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

• Provide education and support to patients and families

• Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes
