Bella's Lawn & Landscape is seeking Landscape Enhancement Crew Members to work directly with landscape crew leaders to build/maintain landscapes for commercial clients.

Applicants should possess the following qualifications:

• 1 year experience in commercial landscape enhancements, including installation of plant materials, seeding, sodding, and general landscape maintenance (pruning, edging, mulching, weeding)
• Valid Driver's License, and ability to operate small machinery, large trucks, and front end loaders is a plus
• Self-motivation, problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and ability to take direction are essential
• Professional appearance and attitude when dealing with clients
• Punctuality, dependability, and reliability are vital
• Ability to go above and beyond to create raving fans
• Dedicated career path towards advancement
• Winter shift availability

In addition all applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
