Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

• Process consultancy (areas like Product Lifecycle Management, Quality Management System, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Industry best practices)
• Provide process training (On-boarding, QMS deployment and specific topics like RCA)
• Process consultancy for metrics-based management and Process Capability baseline
• Compliance checks for milestone reviews (for specific projects),
• Perform yearly Internal Audits
• Support Quality Management System updates
• Support preparation for software development center ISO certification

• Qualification:
  
  BE /
  
  B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MCA
• You must have Experience of 4 to 6 years
• Knowledge of software development processes and agile methodologies
• Knowledge of project management processes
• Experience in Auditing software projects.
• Experience in quality management
• Training and coaching skills
• Experience in using ALM/Configuration management tools e.g. Azure, JIRA, GIT
• Experience in working with multi-cultural team is added advantage
• Excellent communication skills and soft skills & good team player
• Knowledge on ISO/CMMI is added advantage
• Certifications/Qualification like Lean/Six Sigma, Lead Auditor, CSM, Scaled Agile is added advantage
