Overview
The Process Conformity/MQGR Specialist is responsible for ensuring alignment between plant operations and manufacturing operational standards. The MQGR Specialist conducts process audits to ensure all vehicle assembly plants conform with regional and corporate process standards. The MQGR Specialist must read findings across plants to ensure company-wide compliance. The MQRG Specialist is responsible for calibrating internal auditors to the same standards and for continuously updating the Process Audit Checklist.
Responsibilities- Align standard methods with Plant quality audit execution
- Identify training gaps of the auditors
- Organize specific on-the-job training sessions
- Monitor audit issues action plans and read across
- Update the Process Audit checklist
- Drive the development and deployment of MQGRs, MQAS, Corporate Process Guidelines, Process Standards and related requirements
- Manage the priority of Quality issues and communicate them to the correct individuals, while soliciting feedback
- Drive corrective actions to eliminate non-conformances where applicable
- Develop, maintain and communicate an audit schedule with plants to ensure process compliance
- Use strong communication skills to support meetings at all levels of the company, including senior leadership
- Establish internal and external partnerships and influence without direct authority
- Demonstrate commitment to delivering a premier product and drive change to exceed expectations
- Translate ideas into actions that deliver results
- Work effectively in a team environment with strong interpersonal skills

RequirementsBasic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience auditing in a manufacturing environment (e.g., assembly, stamping, paint, MQGRs, MQAS, CPGs, CPA, Torque)
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Exceptional communication skills to build partnerships internally and externally
- Knowledge of Problem Solving and Project Management
- Knowledge of reading and interpreting Quality Key Indicators
Preferred Qualifications:
- Engineering/Technical degree
- Experience in Manufacturing or Quality environments
- Experience supervising hourly staff
- Experience in Manufacturing and/or Quality roles
- Familiarity with Stellantis Customer Experience, especially in Safety, Cost, Station Layout Quality and Environment
- Knowledge of Plant Production Methods/Processes (BIW, Paint, GA, Plastics)
- Knowledge of QMS Operational Standards and SPW Fundamentals
