Job Description

The Process Conformity/MQGR Specialist is responsible for assuring the alignment between plant operations and manufacturing operational standards. The MQGR Specialist conducts process audits to ensure all vehicle assembly plants conform with the regional and corporate process standards. The MQGR Specialist must read across findings to all other assembly plants to ensure compliance across all plants. The MQRG Specialist is also responsible for ensuring that all the internal auditors of the plant are calibrated to the same standards.

The MQRG Specialist is also responsible for continuously updating the Process Audit Checklist.

Responsibilities
  • Align standard method and plant quality audit execution.
  • Identify and close training gaps of auditors.
  • Organize specific on‑the‑job training sessions.
  • Monitor audit issue action plans and read‑across findings.
  • Develop and lead the QAN network with manufacturing.
  • Identify strengths of controls within the plant system on warranty and top plant issues.
  • Improve in‑system containment.
  • Maintain and update the Process Audit Checklist.
  • Drive development and deployment of MQGRs, MQAS, corporate process guidelines, process standards, and associated requirements.
  • Prioritize quality issues and communicate them to appropriate stakeholders while soliciting continuous feedback.
  • Drive corrective actions to eliminate non‑conformances where applicable.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate an audit schedule with plants to ensure process compliance.
  • Use strong communication skills to support meetings at all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
  • Establish internal and external partnerships and influence without direct authority.
  • Demonstrate commitment, initiative, and willingness to drive change and exceed expectations.
  • Apply strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
Qualifications
  • Capacity to work in a team.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build solid partnerships both internally and externally.
  • Knowledge of problem solving and project management.
  • Knowledge and ability to read the main Quality Key Indicators (QKI).
  • Engineering or technical degree.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or quality environment.
  • Experience supervising hourly employees.
  • Previous manufacturing and/or quality experience.
  • Stellantis Customer Experience, preferably in safety, cost, station layout quality, and environment.
  • Knowledge of plant production methods/processes (BIW, paint, GA, plastics).
  • Knowledge of QMS operational standards and SPW fundamentals.
  • Process quality, Plant PIM/PRM, PPS, and process engineering knowledge to ensure control plans are implemented and maintained (driven by standards, process flow, PFMEA, control plans, AM/PM schedules, measurement/visibility).
