We take pride in being a community-focused real estate agency. Our team is small, cohesive and family oriented. We provide on-going training and support to our Agents on a daily basis.
This is a remote and or on-site, full-time or part-time sales position working in Northwest Ohio & Southeast Michigan. Our Agents are independent contractors earning compensation via straight commission. We offer a very competitive commission sharing model with low fixed Agent expenses. You are paid exactly what you are worth, and the income potential is unlimited. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying and selling, through market evaluations, property showings, and negotiation.
Responsibilities include providing timely and professional client communications, conducting market research, maintaining property listings, and building positive relationships within the community. A key part of this role is understanding client needs to ensure their satisfaction throughout the real estate process. Exceptional local market knowledge and adherence to professional ethics are expected. Like many sales positions, an understanding and ability to effectively network in the community is essential.
- Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, property evaluation, and contract negotiations
- Effective communication, relationship-building, and client management skills
- Proficiency in market research, listing management, and lead generation techniques
- Organizational and time management skills to manage property showings and documentation
- Proficient with real estate software, MLS systems, and digital communication tools
- Active real estate license in Ohio and or Michigan is required, we will help new agents obtain a license.
- Self-motivated and demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
- Familiarity with the Northwest Ohio & Southeast Michigan housing market is a plus
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work remotely and or on-site
