Job Description:
The postdoctoral associate will be responsible for the preparation, characterization, and evaluation of new photosensitizers.
Minimum Qualifications:
* B.S. degree in chemistry or medicinal chemistry or a related field
* Ph.D. degree in chemistry or medicinal chemistry
* Experience in the synthesis and characterization of organic compounds
* Experience in the use of NMR spectroscopy
* Experience in the application of organic synthesis methodology to design synthetic routes
* Knowledge of, and/or experience with, cytotoxicity assays preferred
* Must be able to write scientific reports
* Must be able to prepare Power Point presentations and give oral presentations
