Job DescriptionThe postdoctoral associate will be responsible for the preparation, characterization, and evaluation of inorganic catalysts.
Education/Experience/LicensingMinimum Qualifications:
- Ph.D. degree in chemistry or chemical engineering
- Experience in the synthesis and characterization of inorganic materials and catalysts
- Experience in the use of gas chromatography, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, surface area measurements, and other analytical techniques preferred.
- Experience with chemisorption and temperature-programmed experiments (TPD, TPO, TPR) preferred.
- The postdoctoral associate must be a U.S. citizen (including naturalized).
- Must be able to write scientific reports
- Must be able to prepare PowerPoint presentations and give oral presentations
- Must be responsible with confidential research data and proprietary information that are governed by U.S. Export Control laws.
