Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating high-quality pastries. As a Baker at So Sweet Pastries, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, ensuring consistency and excellence in every product.

• Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods according to recipes and customer specifications.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately to create doughs, batters, and fillings.
• Decorate pastries and cakes with precision and creativity.
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure products are baked to perfection.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and customer orders.
• Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with customers in the bakery.

• Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Creativity in decorating and presenting baked goods.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
