• Ensures all crew members wow the customer through personal contact with customers. Trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience to provide each guest with a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening or closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring readiness for daily operation.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies, product knowledge, and procedures to improve performance.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partners with the store leadership team in merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Performs store maintenance duties such as cleaning, sweeping, garbage removal, and stock room organization.

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• College experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure

• Frequently operate a cash register
• Frequently move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and handle items up to heights of 5-10 feet
• Frequently ascend/descend ladders to retrieve and stock merchandise
• Frequently kneel, bend, twist, and stoop in stock room and on the sales floor
• Communicate with customers and coworkers in person and by phone; exchange accurate information
• Move across the sales floor to assist customers and retrieve stock
• Work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts and travel as required
• Identify and interpret email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, schedules, and SOPs
• Remain in a stationary, upright position for extended periods as needed
