Forman Mills - - - Responsibilities:
Manage merchandising operations within assigned departments;
Plan department layouts/adjacencies, signage, product features, raceway and promo aisle setup;
Oversee markdowns, freight flow to the sales floor, loss prevention and shrink control, and department maintenance/recovery;
Serve as Manager on Duty overseeing store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Co-Manager;
Assist with HR functions (hiring, staffing, paperwork HR and front end) and ensure policy compliance
