Responsibilities- On a typical day, take care of guests and confirm that coworkers have what they need. Lead by example on the sales floor. Demonstrate best practices to coworkers through your interactions with customers, one-on-one coaching, and motivating them to reach the next level of performance.
- Drive accountability for all retail store functions and communicate and implement the company vision by directing day-to-day activities of the store staff.
- Drive high-performance results within a fast-paced sales environment, focusing on optimizing customer and employee experience.
- Complete training courses and attend weekly sales leadership calls. Motivate your team to do their best in every guest interaction.
- Lead and manage daily operational tasks and maintain brand compliance.
- Drive personal sales by following our EGET sales process.
- Resolve customer issues and assist with customer transactions; take directions from the District Manager on day-to-day operations.
- Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams.
- Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experience, manage customer flow and store traffic, and resolve escalations in a timely manner according to company standards.
- Identify selling skill gaps and develop plans to help the team meet and exceed sales metrics and quota.
- Monitor inventory, restock shelves, maintain device security, and ensure store cleanliness.
- Lead store merchandising and planogram compliance per company expectations.
- Complete store opening and closing activities and share collective responsibility for achieving targets daily/weekly/monthly.

Pay will include a base rate of $
15.00
/hour with uncapped earning potential through commission.

- Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or leadership role
- Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
- Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
- Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
- Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
- Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift ten pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Employees must attend and complete 2-week New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based training courses will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
