Manage the recruitment, selection, and retention of store employees to ensure proper staffing and compliance with federal/state laws;
Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, identify gaps, and counsel or terminate as needed;
Open and close the store at least two times per week each;
Monitor operating statements, identify trends and opportunities, and manage inventory to meet in-stock targets;
Maintain cashier accountability, cash handling, and store security procedures.
