Carpets by Otto is looking for an outgoing, energetic individual to join our team as a Lead Generator inside a large, big box retail partner location. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves talking to people and wants a fun, fast‑paced weekend job. Your main goal? Start conversations with shoppers, tell them a little about our flooring services, and collect their contact information for our sales team to follow up.

This is a part‑time position that could provide supplemental income if your current employer or schedule allows for working weekends. The schedule will be approximately 12‑15 hours per weekend. The job offers rotating shifts of 4‑5 hours per day on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. (Examples include 10am ‑ 3pm, 2pm ‑ 6pm, 10am ‑ 2pm, 3pm ‑ 8pm, etc.). The job requires working a shift all three days per weekend with some flexibility for time off when needed.

Location:

Perrysburg and Toledo (work inside a major big box retail store)

Pay: $15/hour

Greet and approach shoppers inside a busy retail environment

• Start friendly, engaging conversations to introduce Carpets by Otto
• Ask simple qualifying questions and collect basic contact info (name, phone, email, interest)
• Log leads accurately using a tablet
• Represent Carpets by Otto and the flooring program with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude

• Outgoing and friendly personality – you genuinely love talking to people
• Comfortable approaching and starting conversations with strangers
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
• Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday shifts)
