Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers and supporting them with direct service.
- Engage in conversations with customers to help them find the right products.
- Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and product details across all store areas.
- Promote and effectively sell products, including the Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives.
- Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively in all customer interactions.
- Support commercial and operational actions to reach sales targets together with the store management team.
- Complete the full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming, ensuring garment care.
- Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and established processes.
- Maintain a clean, tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, including stockrooms.
- Present garments and maintain attractive displays following visual and commercial guidelines.
- Ensure appropriate stock levels through regular replenishment routines on the sales floor.
- Maintain OMNI services and in‑store tech tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store).
- Support opening and closing of the store.
- Follow all health & safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role.
- Passionate about fashion and customer experience.
- Communicative, creative, curious, flexible, decisive and action‑oriented.
- Enjoys working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
- Has sales experience in a dynamic, collaborative retail or service-related industry.
- Has experience in customer service within fashion, retail or related roles.
- Staff discount card usable on all H&M Group brands in stores and online.
