HP and 2020 Companies are hiring a Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate to drive sales and create buzz around HP products in large‑box and office supply stores.

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Schedule:

Up to 15 hours per week;
Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available.

Location:

Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores

• Demonstrate HP products to customers.
• Engage customers and create memorable experiences.
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo readiness.
• Report competitive insights.
• Sell products and services in retail, kiosk, and event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and staff.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Assist customers in selecting products, building confidence.
• Accurately document and report sales and related activity.
• Ensure workstation/kiosk cleanliness and presentation.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.

• Stable weekly schedule.
• Daily Pay next‑day pay on‑demand.
• Friday, Saturday & Sunday availability.
• Paid online training.
• $25 per month Technology Reimbursement.

• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota or goals.
• Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Multitasking ability in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
