Responsibilities

Greet customers and run the register.
Cashier and make purchase suggestions.
Work with the food program as needed.
Maintain store appearance inside and out.
Provide fast and friendly service.
Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Accomplish daily tasks around the store.

Qualifications and Skills

Sell products to customers.
Provide excellent customer care.
Communicate and converse friendly.
Work at a quick pace while having fun.
Team player to accomplish daily goals.
Problem‑solving and suggestion‑making.
Retail and customer service experience (preferred).
Sales associate or cashiering experience (preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Motivation to advance in career and willingness to learn.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and/or walk up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead (30minutes a shift).
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push/pull with arms up to 20‑pound force.
Bend at waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift.
Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands.
Possible ladder climbing to store and retrieve materials or place/remove signs.

Compensation

Hiring Range: $12.00 to $12.50 per hour.
