YOUR ROLE

As the full‑time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking out strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed. You train, motivate and celebrate associates and you have a passion for driving killer sales results. Most importantly, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

• Passion for driving sales:
  As a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Sales floor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best‑in‑class in‑store guest experience. You support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities and KPI results.
• People leader:
  You motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values, acting as a role‑model and holding associates accountable to AEO's service standards on the Sales floor and in the Fitting Room.
• Talent and training:
  You recruit and hire strong talent to match business needs and train/develop associates to provide outstanding service and embody a Guest First culture.
• Teamwork:
  You set clear, attainable goals, provide ongoing performance feedback through real‑time coaching, and celebrate outstanding performance.
• Visual & operational innovation:
  You execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards, ensuring Fitting Rooms are guest‑ready and reflect AEO Brand Standards.
• Integrity:
  You maintain store safety, adhere to Asset Protection, follow AEO policies and procedures, and act ethically.
